Our moringa powder is ours and ours alone. We believe in the importance and impact of local agriculture and grow all of our moringa trees in the Houston area.

While we are not certified organic (although we are working on it), we follow organic standards and practices and do not use any chemicals or pesticides in our cultivation practices.

Our powder is 100% ground moringa olifera and does not contain any preservatives or other additives.

We start by harvesting our fresh, Houston grown moringa leaves. The harvest leaves are washed and dryed. Once dried, we grind the leaves into our powder and sift out any particlate to ensure we have the highest quality moringa powder.

You should store the powder in a dark and dry place and always tightly close/seal the jar or pouch to maintain freshness. If stored properly, the moringa powder can last up to a year or more although it will slowly degrade over time.

We recommend using about 1 teaspoon or less a day. The powder is relatively concentrated so a small amount goes a long way. We always suggest starting small and increasing a little if you'd like.

Applying heat will break down some of the nutrients so just be aware of that when you cook it. If you'd like to include it in a dish, we suggest adding it at the very end of the process to maintain as much nutrients as possible.

Definitely! Sprinkling it raw onto your dinner can be the easiest way to incorporate moringa powder into your diet. How you decide to use it is dependant upon your personal preferences.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally and only ship in the continental United States.

We want our customers to order what they need and to be conscious of their habits. Our jars are great for customers who use moringa powder regularly and can be refilled with orders of our compostable pouches. The compostable pouches are the most environmentally friendly option but do have limitations on how long they last - after all we want these pouches to breakdown to eliminate waste.
